Crass Commercial Interlude

I’ve added a store, powered through Amazon.com (they handle the checkout, delivery, etc., so it’s totally safe, and I don’t get to see your credit-card info). You can see it in the navigation links below the site logo above, by Archives, Links, Odds, etc.

Why should you go there? Well, it’s true I make a very small cut on any items you buy from my store - but the better reason is I’m gong to stock it with all kinds of goodies you might not have thought of otherwise. The home page spotlights political works from across the spectrum, and there are category pages for conservative books, liberal books, political movies and a couple of surprises that won’t be THAT much of a surprise if you know your host.

So, forgive me for this bit of shameless self-promotion, but try it out, and keep coming back, I’ll be changing the categories and selections often. Here’s the link again if you don’t see it above…

Mark, I love your Amazon Store. It even had items for me. I’m sure your surprise was no surprise to some of us.

I buy from Amazon frequenty (especially since Tower Records went out of business) — I’m happy to make future purchases through your site — do you get credit even though I’m already registered with them?
