John Kerry: A Jackass For The Ages

God, the man just never shuts up:

Massachusetts Sen. John Kerry slammed the foreign policy of the Bush administration on Saturday, saying it has caused the United States to become “a sort of international pariah.”

The statement came as the 2004 Democratic presidential nominee responded to a question today at the World Economic Forum’s annual meeting in Davos, Switzerland, where the tumult in Iraq and the Middle East took center stage.

Kerry was asked about whether the U.S. government had failed to adequately engage Iran’s government before the election of hard-liner Mahmoud Ahmadinejad in 2005.

Kerry said the Bush administration has failed in addressing a number of foreign policy issues.

“When we walk away from global warming, Kyoto, when we are irresponsibly slow in moving toward AIDS in Africa, when we don’t advance and live up to our own rhetoric and standards, we set a terrible message of duplicity and hypocrisy,” Kerry said.

“So we have a crisis of confidence in the Middle East — in the world, really. I’ve never seen our country as isolated, as much as a sort of international pariah for a number of reasons as it is today.”

He also criticized President Bush’s plan to send an additional 21,000 U.S. troops to Baghdad to help secure Baghdad from rampaging sectarian violence.

“I don’t care how many troops are put in — Iraq is not going to be pacified,” Kerry said.

Iraq is not going to be pacified? Under no conditions? No number of troops? And people say the Democrats are defeatist…and look here, I’m not going to let Kerry’s little dig about AIDS in Africa go unrebutted - no President has done more than this one for the cause of AIDS treatment on the African continent…President Bush has mentioned it in every single State of the Union address that I recall, and what’s more, he’s put his money where his mouth is.

John Kerry can kiss my ascot…

And who is to blame for walking away from Kyoto? Perhaps the 99 senators who voted against the treaty.

Kerry is not only a proven traitor he is a proven liar. How could anyone have anything to do with the fool? If a\the dhimmi’s wants to prove to the world they really are supid all they have to do is support Hanoi John.

I hadn’t realized that AIDS only reached Africa in 2001! Just imagine how Bill Clinton would have reponsed if it was there in the 1990s. Oh, wait, it was.

I am beginning to think he is being paid by the DNC to make a complete and utter ass of himself just to make certain other Democrats look reasonable.

Hey, this post is featured as the first item on a Technorati-powered feed that’s publishing reaction posts on the WEF’s Davos Conversation site.

How about aids in the US? Oh wait I forgot, the only individuals to suffer AIDS in the US are homosexuals and herion addicts. =O

Let’s face the fact that it is going to be way harder than any of us can phathom to completely eliminate AIDS in Africa. I also realize it isn’t their fault that they contract this horrible disease. I just don’t think George Bush honestly cares that much about AIDS, what with being preoccupied by this GREAT war. A war we are fighting for…Wait…I’ll get back to you.
NO! NO! I believe the word was liberation.
    HAH!

Anyways there are plenty of other problems our great and powerful prez could take care of, but he won’t. Poverty…HAHAHAHAHA! Not if it’s taking place here.

And as for John Kerry…This man also makes me laugh hard
If that man were ever to make it through, and become president (after Bush was re-elected I believe Americans are stupid enough to do anything) I will just give up…and more than likely shoot myself in the face

    Really?

  8. 8 Mark Says:

Jimmy, that’s such crap, falling back on the old “What about AIDS in America” canard…

Do you realize what the Gross National Products of these nations are? Do you understand the extreme poverty? Do you understand that hundreds of thousands of Africans can’t even begin to pay for a week’s worth of anti-viral medications without foreign aid?

There are plenty of charitable organizations and medical affiliations taking care of AIDS victims in America - Africa does not have that luxury…

As to your magical understanding of George Bush’s supposed lack of caring, I think that says a lot more about you than him…
