The Lebanese ‘Opposition’, Defined

And quite succinctly, at that:

Protests continued into the night in the Lebanese capital Beirut on Tuesday, with thousands gathered in the city’s Martyr’s Square and many camped outside the office of Lebanese Prime Minister Fuad Saniora, demanding his resignation.

One protester said he was there “to liberate our country from the American and Israeli occupiers.”
