The other notable newcomer to the Pajamas stable is Claudia Rosett, who did absolutely invaluable work on the Oil-For-Food scandal and was the subject of my praise here. Claudia has taken on the U.N. time and time again, and it is no exaggeration to say that Oil-For-Food would have starved for oxygen without her efforts. She is one of the most solid journalist of the past decade.
Her investigative/reportive work on the UN should be a journalistic standard.
Progressives would love nothing better than if she simply went away and was ignored, but her work exceeded all other pulitzer winners that come to mind over the past 20 years.
strange that she wasn’t even nominated. Her service to this country and the world in exposing the largest financial swindle in history, under the auspice of the UN, is a landmark.
