Cynthia McKinney Will Be Arrested
At least that’s the plan of the Capitol Police:
Capitol Hill police are expected to seek an arrest warrant next week for Rep. Cynthia McKinney of Georgia, who was involved in a physical confrontation with a Capitol police officer Wednesday, police and legal authorities said Thursday.
Officially, the investigation of the incident, in which the DeKalb County Democrat allegedly struck a police officer who tried to stop her from going around a security checkpoint, is ongoing, said Sgt. Kimberly Schneider, spokeswoman for Capitol Hill police.
However, police have notified the federal prosecutor’s office in Washington that they will be seeking an arrest warrant after the investigation is complete next week, said police and legal authorities, who spoke on the condition that they not be named because the investigation was not yet complete.
McKinney ignored a reporter’s questions Thursday as she walked into the Capitol, before word of the planned arrest warrant. She could not be reached for comment later Thursday.
Good, says I – not because she’s a complete moonbat – though boy, she is! – but because this is the kind of haughty behavior that deserves a good smackdown. McKinney and her cohorts need a reminder of what public servant means.

That’s a most offensive (and quite racist) attitude…

Gee, I thought she would’ve played the “Evil Joos” card here. Hasn’t used that one in awhile, maybe it’s time she dusted that off for a repeat performance.

Per the Constitution, Article I, Section 6, “They shall in all cases, except Treason, Felony, and Breach of the Peace, be privileged from Arrest during their Attendance at the Session of their respective Houses, and in going to or returning from the same; and for any Speech or Debate in either House, they shall not be questioned in any other Place”.
Does this mean she can not be arrested for Treason, Felony, and Breach of Peace or that she can not be arrested during a session or going to one?
Good questions all, Muffin…I think the charge is still being decided upon…they have a felony option, and a misdemeanor option, that I saw discussed…

Well, it seems “Jihad Cindy” has pulled out all the stops — racial profiling, inappropriate touching, excessive force. Even her lawyer, Myart, was barred from the Dept of Agriculture building for repeatedly trying to bypass security and lying to security officers, as well as suspended from practicing law in Texas for one year for “engaging in fraud and deceit” and using an ethnic slur during settlement proceeding in a discrimination complaint. Ever notice how scum seems to stick together when it rises to the top?
Our country is based on the principles of moral behavior and law. If anyone in this country has a friend or relative who has stolen something minor or has commited a traffic offense such as, driving a vehicle with a suspended license, you can bet your home that they were arrested and charged accordingly. If you noticed how Ms.McKinney behaves in front of the press as she makes her allegations towards the cop, who was there doing his job of protecting “THE WHITE HOUSE”, you would see a frustrated black female who wants to
let us know that she is powerful and has a real good reason for hitting a cop. Yes, racism
must be included as a key ingredient in her excuse. This helps to prolong the investigation
and gives her time to make the necessary phone calls to anyone who can get her out of stepping on sh**. I promise you this, if it were the cop in the hot seat, he would be fired.
