Do You Trust This Man?

Joe Wilson allies himself firmly with the Nutroots® by agreeing to appear at the YearlyKos convention in Las Vegas:

Former Ambassador Joe Wilson will join a panel discussion of the Bush Administration’s alleged role in the disclosure of the identity of his wife, the former Valerie Plame, as a covert CIA officer. The panel, which includes Dan Froomkin, Jane Hamsher, Larry Johnson, Christy Smith and Marcy Wheeler, will also discuss the subsequent investigation by Patrick Fitzgerald, the indictment of Scooter Libby and the role that journalists have played.

Wow, let’s see – Joe Wilson, check! Dan Froomkin, check! Jane Hamser, check! Larry Johson, check! No living in a bubble there, eh? That should be one well-rounded discussion…I just know everyone will check their agendas at the door and discuss the matter with an open mind.

In related convention news, four prominent fire hydrants will meet afterwards to discuss the merit of dogs…

Now I could swear Hamsher and Co started the WAPO-Sop to the Right Jihad because Froomkin was an objective journo, and NOT a liberal. Not that I care if he is, but come on now.

Think that’s why they’re keeping the issue focused on Plamegate only? On another note, one of the funniest things I ever read was blamebush.typepad.com’s satirical commentary on Plame and Wilson. A real howler.

    • It still amazes me when I still see that drunk Bill Kristol on tv every week still spewing the same nonsense he was spewing 3 years ago

    • Drive a stake through the heart of every single neoconservative, if that’s what it takes

    • Zalmay Khalilzad? I’d like to punch him right in the face

    • Scooter Libby is a despicable coward of a human being

  • Classy guy, ain’t he?…
