Kerr On the NSA Story
Orin Kerr, Associate Professor of Law at George Washington University, and contributor to the Volokh Conspiracy, posts on the (a) constitutionality, and (b) legality of the NSA eavesdropping so recently revealed. I link to this not because I agree or disagree with it (and Kerr is quick to point out he’s not saying what should be the law, but rather what he thinks IS the law), but to direct to you to a person who has considered the issue at length and posted an in-depth consideration.
