A Silence That Speaks Louder Than Words
Jeff Goldstein rounds up the reaction of the top lefty bloggers to the Iraqi elections; with a few notable exceptions, there is either silence or cynicism, typified by this late entry not on Jeff’s roundup, found on the front page of Kos: “More Purple Fingers, But To What End?”. JHC, but these guys are tedious bores…

Kos should have titled it-
“More purple fingers, from which end?”
It of course would be from the lefties as**s, denoting their disdain for foreign intervention. Along their lines of thought, if an ally were attacked, but we were not in danger, they would keep their thimbs up their … afterall, its none of america’s business, and that would be an elective war.
