That appears to be the case with me; after all the breathless speculation, including the ‘22 indictments’ hoopla and so forth, Libby got nailed, as virtually everyone expected, and not for outing a government agent, but for lying to investigators and the grand jury (and no, I’m not defending that - I believe perjury in and of itself is a big crime), and Rove didn’t - despite widespread belief that he might.

Perjury and Obstruction of Justice are crimes and should be prosecuted and punished, whether you are “Scooter” Libby or William Jefferson Clinton or Richard Nixon. But, if Plamegate is the best that the Dems can expect in the way of scandal from this Administration then, well, they have low standards.
