Brisk Voting, Reports CNN, Plus A Report From One Who’s There
For better or worse, and it appears for better, the voting is now over, and we should know within a few days what the outcome was on the Constitutional Referendum in Iraq. CNN reporters said voting was brisk, but I suspect we’ll have to wait a few days to know how the turnout was, as well.
