DeLay’s Counter-Offensive Continues

The lawyers for Tom DeLay are subpoenaing Ronnie ‘Partisan Hack’ Earle in an effort to find out just what went on with the musical grand juries that surrounded his indictment. This is just the sort of aggressive tactic that is needed, and I applaud it fully. Knowing the history of Earle, it is not only possible, but entirely probable, that he acted improperly in attempting to strong-arm an indictment from the second grand jury, and shared secret consversations with the jurors of the first grand jury with the third.

Earle’s swan song is beginning to play. If I’m wrong, I’ll eat a lot of crow, publicly…I’ll blare it in the headlines of this blog - but I don’t think I am. Ronnie Earle has tried to reach a bridge too far…
