Why Was Judy Miller In Jail? Don’t Blame Lewis Libby
Power Line has, quite remarkably (talk about well-connected – I can only assume Lewis Libby’s team leaked these documents), obtained original source documentation relating to the jail stay of Judith Miller of the NY Times, documents that seem to dispel any remaining doubt that Miller was staying in jail to ‘protect’ her source, a contention the MinuteMan has pooh-poohed all along. So what is this all about? Beats me…but it’s pretty apparent it’s not a high-falutin’ First Amendment stand that Miller was taking.
